Date: 01 Feb 2010 8:40 AM Title: Admission: Jacob's POV
Finally some action, but isn't it a little early in the timeline for Victoria and the newborns?
Date: 01 Feb 2010 8:31 AM Title: Admission: Bella's POV
The silver figure would be a vamp, but not Victoria. Edward or Emmett? The fire, I have no idea.
Date: 01 Feb 2010 12:38 AM Title: Choice: Bella's POV
I think I might skip Jake's POV and just focus on Bella's unless there's something unaccounted for to read JPOV. It's just too redundant. It should be written to skip over details that were already told and focus on the new information. Every single event from both side is tedious.
Date: 01 Feb 2010 12:12 AM Title: Questions: Jacob's POV
I think Charlie would be a bit more articulate than that and Jacob really needs to have some respect. No matter strong he is, Charlie is Bella's father, the Chief of Police and his father's best friend. Those are several reasons to be more respectful - Edward would never have been so rude.
Date: 01 Feb 2010 12:04 AM Title: Questions: Bella's POV
Jacob is important to her, but she does admit it to be the same as Edward. He needs to hurry up and get there...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 11:53 PM Title: Retribution: Jacob's POV
Time to get it on in the parking lot...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 11:41 PM Title: Retribution: Bella's POV
I wonder how all that is going to play at school the next day. Angela is going to die laughing!!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 10:56 PM Title: Mischief: Jacob's POV
I'm liking Leah more and Embry is just hilarious!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 10:34 PM Title: Mischief: Bella's POV
I wonder what kind of circus will ensue at 8:30...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 10:12 PM Title: Unease: Jacob's POV
Leah is strong. I never understood why Leah turned, but neither of Jake's sisters did. If it all about the blood lines...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 10:00 PM Title: Unease: Bella's POV
Embry?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 9:47 PM Title: Peace: Jacob's POV
Jacob seems a bit more in control of himself.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 9:34 PM Title: Peace: Bella's POV
Bella is definitely a slave to her hormones.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 8:41 PM Title: Curiosity: Jacob's POV
It's nice to see Jacob actually soothing her insecurities properly. He shouldn't have to deal with all this, but he knew what he's getting into with Bella.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 8:35 PM Title: Quiet: Bella's POV
As much as I love Jake, (and consider myself Team Switzerland) in the end I still want her with Edward. However, I would like to see Jake have a HEA minus Renessme.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 7:38 PM Title: Curiosity: Bella's POV
Bella's insecurities are sad, but Jacob is learning to take them seriously and not tease her, so that's progress.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 7:25 PM Title: Disturbance: Jacob's POV
Rachel's quite a bitch. What exactly is her problem with Bella. Is it some pale face predjudice?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 7:16 PM Title: Disturbance: Bella's POV
See, the high school drama is just more fun than the rez drama.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 7:09 PM Title: Comfort: Jacob's POV
Jacob is pretty irreverent about Charlie's presence and isn't even considering the possibility that it's uncofortable for Bella. This is just another example of his immaturity.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 7:01 PM Title: Comfort: Bella's POV
The school drama is more interesting than Jacob falling asleep to Jane Eyre.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 6:43 PM Title: Discussions: Jacob's POV
It's funny how Sam is done talking to Jacob about Bella.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 6:35 PM Title: Discussions: Bella's POV
Bella certainly seems to fall in love easily. Does she feel like sh'e "in love" with Jacob as much as she was with Edward? Maybe it's the combination of being able to act on the hormones...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 6:22 PM Title: Damaged: Jacob's POV
The dual POV isn't adding that much added information in every chapter and some parts just feel repeated.
I wonder if Rachel already gave it up to Paul and that's why she's pissy about Bella.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 6:03 PM Title: Damaged: Bella's POV
Yes, Edward's lies and abandonment really screwed Bella up. No surprise there, but since he's not there making it better, it falls to Jacob. Will it be worth it?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 5:08 PM Title: Redemption: Jacob's POV
Bella is no where near ready for sex with anyone! So, I think you're doing the right thing.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 5:00 PM Title: Redemption: Bella's POV
She is still thinking of Edward, but she's realizing that she's getting past the pain left by his abandonment. I'm thinking Edward is going to make it back to Forks just when Bella thinks she's over him.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:58 PM Title: Retribution: Bella's POV
LOL! Gotta love Embry! And Embry & Jessica? LOL!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:54 PM Title: Blunder: Jacob's POV
I wonder what caused the blackout in Forks...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:45 PM Title: Blunder: Bella's POV
It's not surprising Jacob knows about the nightmares. I thought Bella wasn't hearing Edward's voice anymore because she wasn't in danger, but in this chapter it occurred to me that maybe it's because she believes (even in her sub-conscience) that he isn't coming back and doesn't want her. Jacob must have heard Bella say Edward's name in her sleep many times, but at the bonfire maybe it was the first time she said Jacob's name.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:31 PM Title: Reassurance: Jacob's POV
Look at Jacob counting his blessings. Good for him! Can he repair all the damage Edward inflicted on Bella before someone returns to take it all back?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:22 PM Title: Reassurance: Bella's POV
So Bella feel truly happy and is wondering when she stopped being Edward's. Umm, he better appear quickly or he's going to be veryy disappointed.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:05 PM Title: Surrender: Jacob's POV
Well, Jacob seems contrite enough, but will he really stop when she needs him to?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 3:44 PM Title: Surrender: Bella's POV
Wow, Bella caved super-fast! It doesn't boade well for them if future agruments/misunderstanding between them have to be mediated by outside parties.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 3:35 PM Title: Revelation: Jacob's POV
Well, at least Jacob knows what's what, but will he put that good advice to use? How will he react to what Bella thinks she wants?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 3:26 PM Title: Revelation: Bella's POV
Love Emily!! I especially like the bond she's forging with Bella outside of the pack and how she's prepared to be the woman in her life to provide guidance.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 3:15 PM Title: Mischief: Bella's POV
What is up with Embry? LOL! Great chapter!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 3:05 PM Title: Persistence: Jacob's POV
Bella really is at a disadvantage since the boys she gets physical with can all smell her arousal. I can't imagine how bad it would have been for me if that had been true, regardless of all the other factors! Maybe she needs to explain that just because the body desires something doesn't mean the mind or heart is ready for it. It's clear Jacob is going to push his luck everytime. Whenever Edward gets back, the fact that is respects Bella very much is going to make him stand out that much more. Jacob just doesn't see it and it'll cost him, but the question is, how far will he get before Edward gets back and starts begging?
Date: 31 Jan 2010 2:40 PM Title: Redemption: Bella's POV
AWe Jake was a gentleman!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 1:23 PM Title: Perceptions: Bella's POV
Well, Edward wanted Bella to have all the human experiences. I hope he's happy! Though perhaps her outburst has shaken something loose in Jacob. Let's see his take. (Eww, I wonder how far he got with Lauren.)
Date: 31 Jan 2010 12:47 PM Title: Moments: Jacob's POV
Obviously Jacob know nothing about Bella's sexual history, or lack thereof, and is left to piece it together himself. Poor, misguided Jacob is doomed to fumble through as any 16 year old boy. This is going to be a good lesson for Bella to realize just how good she had it with Edward, in some respects anyway.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 12:30 PM Title: Moments: Bella's POV
This was so incredibly accurate that I'm actually feeling Bella's outrage and sympathy for Jacob at the same time! I'm glad it went this way because the beginning of this chapter was sounding like Bella was really making the case for Jacob away from Edward. I'm sure Bella now sees there are different kinds of danger and Edward was always upfront about it and aware of his restraint on various levels. It is so cannon for Bella to know realize sexual restraint is included among them.
Let's see Jacob's version of events.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 12:06 PM Title: Dilemma: Jacob's POV
I like how realistic Jacob is about the situation and how well he reads Bella. Even without knowing that she lights up before a crash because she sees Edward, Jacob very clearly sees that she's still in love with Edward and he respects that she isn't ready.
This is such a solid foundation for both characters. I look forward to seeing how they develop and how much headway Jacob makes with Bella before Edward returns.
Date: 31 Jan 2010 11:50 AM Title: Dilemma: Bella's POV
Bella seems to be dealing with her feelings and the reality of the situation much more directly than in the book, even though she still acknowledges that she's confused.
I'm very interested in the story line and the deliberate approach taken to explore the possibility of Edward returning without the Volterra drama. Was it Edward in the woods?...
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:44 AM Title: Persistence: Bella's POV
LOL! Loved this chapter!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:22 AM Title: Moments: Jacob's POV
Gotta love teenage boys!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:20 AM Title: Moments: Bella's POV
Awe poor dumb Jake! LOL! God how I love him tho!
Date: 31 Jan 2010 4:09 AM Title: Dilemma: Bella's POV
Great first chapter!
Date: 28 Jan 2010 8:34 PM Title: Dilemma: Bella's POV
I really love this story. All I can say is keep it going,
Date: 28 Jan 2010 12:21 PM Title: Perceptions: Jacob's POV
Nice idea using two pov for each chapter. I wasn't sure if it'd get too repetitive after a chapter or two, but you've managed to keep it fresh and interesting to read.
