They need to have an intervention with Alice ASAP!! She's a walking train wreck!! She's gotten so out of control. Plus when you add jealousy on top of post-partum depression and not taking her meds and she's headed for major problems. She's definitely not the Alice from earlier in the story.

I love the way Edward is with his babies, caring about and for them. He is a great father, as well as a fabulous husband and lover! The only thing disturbing about this chapter is the nagging feeling that Aro's party is going to be the means for Caius to attack. That nightmare Edward had, seeing Bella in a pool of blood gives me the creeps! Hope it's not an omen of things to come!

It's really nice that Alice came over to apologize, and that she's getting help for her postpartum depression. I'm glad that the girls have made up , not only for their sake but for Edward, too. He really got beyond angry at his little sister. The shopping trip wasn't as bad as Bella feared and she even bought herself something. It was cute for Bailey to get her little nails done, and beyond adorable that her daddy sang her to sleep!

Aside from the near-death experience, that was a great chapter! Bella is so calm about giving birth, it almost scared Edward! Some women are just born mothers, I guess and take to it like a duck to water. She will be thrilled to be back in her own home with her little family! She is probably right that the Quileutes have ties to Caius and have had for quite some time. Regardless, Edward is going after them to avenge the car bomb hurting his wife and child, never mind himself!
