I'm so glad you enjoyed the story and this version of Carlisle. Remember, as a vampire, he doesn't have to sleep - I'm sure he'll be able to "keep up," as it were. ;)
I'm sorry about the delay in posting the next chapter of MGM. We may have a complete outline and know exactly what's going to happen, but that doesn't stop complications from getting in the way.

I'd really love to see an outtake of this where Jasper takes Carlise out. There's just something so wrong about the 'God of War' losing so easily.

Sorry, but that won't happen. First, this is a one-shot, the whole point of which was to have Carlisle defeat Jasper. :) Secondly, this Carlisle, as I mentioned at the beginning, is not the Carlisle of the books, plus Jasper was both over-confident and underestimated his opponent.

This Carlisle is one that I could actually see being a coven leader, not that version that SM created. I always wondered how a warrior like Jasper could bear to submit to the decisions of someone who refused to even consider the realities of vampiric life. This one is actually a lot more logical for a predatory species--waaaaay hotter, as well. Thanks.
