I love an HEA like the next person but I hope Bella makes Edward work for this. I really do. Regardless of Erin's plans and malicious intent he allowed for this woman a virtual stranger to come between his relationship with Bella. Whether it was guilt or just plain stupidity Ed willingly allowed another woman to come between his relationship with the woman he's suppose to love. And although in the end it was to put an end to criminal activity he pushed Bella aside for weeks prior to finding out Erin's true intent. I just don't think a simple apology will cut it. I am not saying they should break up or call the wedding off but maybe a short postponement - i dont know but it has to be something. Because this is NOT the way a couple should start off their marriage. And simply saying it was for the greater good I would question what happens next time someone tries to interfere. Will Edward stand by Bella and to understand her concerns or will he continue to brush her off and chalk up to simple jealously? Because that is insulting and I can't see how that sets a healthy tone for their relationship. To Bella's credit she didn't run and she could of and honestly has proven time and again that she stands by him even if he seems to constantly push her aside or run from her. I just can't see how this is a good start to a marriage. As always I trust you ll take this story where it needs to go but I like to see Bella take a stand for herself and really check Edward about his crappy behavior. And maybe a little time before they marry would allow them work out how they should approach their forever. Otherwise I think Ed will continue this constant need to cast her feelings aside. Looking forward to the next chap.

Really lots of drama. But I'm gonna be havin trouble if he says to Bella this was all just a stig operation he had to keep from her cause that's a lie. Before he ever knew that he walked off with Erin the minute she showed up rudely forgetting Bella. He gave her a job. He went to lunch with Erin completely forgetting Bella and their regular lunches????????? Really how in the world do you completely totally forget your girlfriends lunch?? It's not just time got away and he didn't realize it was lunch but he ate lunch with her. This was all before it was a police matter known to him. Bella should have left town especially when Edward didn't go home to her and she calls him and she hears Erin say what she did. Who gives their boyfriend 3 more days to figure shit out after hearing that and after weeks of him ignoring you and spending time instead with that other woman. I have a conflict about "fighting" for a person who doesn't want to be with you of their own accord. Remember before he knew about the drug thing he was already choosing Erin over Bella over and over. If you "fight" and win their attention when they didn't choose to give it to you before then they will just find another person to be intrigued by for some other reason and you will be fighting again. How exhausting and hurtful would that be having to constantly fight for your boyfriends attention. Sounds like a miserable life to me. Again this is my feeling because he behaved this way of his own accord and the ONLY reason he changed was because he found out Jane was using him. That is what made him not want to spend time with her over Bella anymore. Had that not happened he appears to be staying right on track with choosing to spend time with Erin , forget Bella and not care about avoiding Bella or drifting apart from her. Sooooooo seems you got me nice andpissed with Eddie boy. I think he treated Bella second class and in front of the whole town had an emotional affair (as opposed to a physical). The emotional ones break up the other couple and then because the new couple didn't have sex until "after" the breakup the think they can say they did nothing wrong. Good writing my friend.

I love this story and love you to pieces! I think you are so talented and as much as I miss your characters from PLU, I agree with the story on them is pretty well told, but there are always things you can do, maybe they could have to over come a child health issue. Kidnapping. There are so many spins you can put in there, but unless the characters are talkign to you, you'll have struggles. I will read wahtever you post, unless you go all gory and gross stuff like zombies and people decaptivating people, stuff like that is not in my idea of HEA... Marvelous chapter! I love the drama, but I also love the familial work that went into mending Bella and Edward's relationship. Carlisle was brilliant in this chapter and his character shone as he helped not just his son, but Bella. His stories of Cullen Men being too hard headed and learning lessons from the strong women they married was perfection. I also love the new characters you infuse every so often. They always fit and the reader always leaves wanting to meet them. Godfrey and Winnie are no exception. Thank you for all the hard work you put in making this story such a treasure!
