I loved this story! Renee was a crazy bitch in this story, but I loved that even though Edward and Bella were apart for a good part of the story they still communicated with each other and were each others strength that kept the other going when things got hard. And I loved that Bella had his family and her dad and brother for support as well.

I only read to chapter two. Cause I couldn't take it. Yes I understand this is fiction, but saying a family don't know what type of unit or where they child is really irked me. One thing the military has learned over the years is that the moral of the soldiers is very important.
To ensure moral is high all branches of the military encourage contact with home. I severed during Desert Storm back in 90-91. We were driven to a call center once a week to call home; we were not allowed to talk about anything that was going on in country.
These current wars Afghanistan and Iraq each base has call centers and computers for emails.
I’ve had one son, my step daughter and two nephews over there. I talked to my son daily via chat on FB. Just like when I was in he could never talk about what was going on in country. The military encourages all soldiers to have pen pals so they know there are other people that care besides their families.
To write to a person you have to have their unit APO address. I loved getting letters from home as well as care packages. I even got to meet my Pen Pal when I got back. It was awesome I had Easter dinner with them.
I guess I just couldn’t handle the part about the family not hearing from Jasper because he joined a special forces unit, which they didn’t know about and so he wasn’t in contact with them. That would never happen. It don’t matter what your child does when at war you worry.

I will start with that is this a very well written story. Have you ever thought of researching your story before you write? Your military information is so off and you could have found out this information on the internet.
One when a unit is deploy during war times they are only deployed for 12 months, the only time a person would be over there long is if they volunteered to transfer to a unit that was just getting into country.
Two people don’t join special forces they are recruited to try out and not everyone passes, they do accept a minimal number of applications each year, but still they have to pass all the tests and requirements.
Three even if you’re on a special team you can write and even call home, you just can’t tell them your whereabouts.
As someone who has served during wartime and has had, many family members serve also you are doing an injustice to our service members and for that, I cannot continue reading this story.

I did do research before I wrote this story. HOWEVER, it is FICTION. I did take some liberties here and there, but who doesn't when they are writing. I have never had someone review that has served before, so I am sorry if I am doing a disservice to you or your fellow soldiers. That was not the intent. How far into the story did you even read? Again I apologize for anything in my story that was untrue or an injustice.

As a military wife, I know the hardships that is out there for the men and women over seas. This story was great and I really enjoyed it. Cant wait to see what your going to put out next. Great job.
