I, like many readers, was annoyed in how Bella just took Edward back. I really like you exploration of what would have happened if she didn't...making Edward for for it...
Curious...does that also go for the Cullens? excluding Alice of course...she came back!

here is the deal. Of course she is mad at him. He deserves it. She is either going to forgive him or she isn't that is all there is to it. He can not change what he did. He is still 17 in his actions sometimes he acts like a thoughtless kid.

This was one of the things that pissed me off in the books...Edward never saw how effing much he hurt her. You are giving that pov very well, hope he gets over his cluelessness soon and starts work toward a solution.
