Hmmm...No "stoke of luck" as he put it but rather a planned thing I suspect. Why else would they call her out of all people after Mike had fired her on the spot? Darn...Can't wait to find out more. She thinks she's the fool, but I know that it's a little confusing. If you think of a better word that would erase the confusion, tell me and I'll change it. The thing is that the word she uses in French can not be translated literally in English...

There is a reason why this story is the most popular and most reviewed over the French fandom, and it has to do with the fact that Edward is a totally believable character. I even used to know a guy who was exactly like him.

Well, like I said (or maybe I only mentioned it on FF, I don't remember), this translation is as true to the original story as can be, so you get a pretty good idea of how it "sounds" in French :0)

Holy Crow, this Edward is proving to be a somewhat of a force to be viewed as a tantalizing teaser... very self assured and arrogant...one might even say a tad bit of a prick thus far, but I want to hang on a few more chapters to see if this is truly the case!!! I want to think there is more to him, since he did after all wait for her outside of Starbucks, but now that I think of it....................we don't know exactly how much time lapsed between him buying the coffee and her leaving and seeing him outside...hummm... this is a tantalizing story lookig forward to more.

Edward showed up at the Starbucks 10 minutes before the closing, so he didn't wait Isabella outside for very long, but what strikes me more is the fact that he showed up there to begin with...

N.Y.E. stands for New York Event's, but it's not specified until next chapter, but sorry I didn't think of mentioning it in the chapter's note. It is a fictive company anyway, so even people from NY wouldn't know about it (at least I think). I'm afrraid updating every other week is the best I can do with this story. I'm working on 5 other stories, and some of them get much more attention, which compels me to update more often. Should this story have received the same attention than some other very popular on this site, I would have made it a priority to work on it and only it for a couple of weeks, but I didn't get the incentive for that. I'm not complaining here, I'm just explaining. If I have time to update just one story during any given week, it will be the one that gets the most reviews, and it is not this one... It was a first day like no other. Being late might not be so unique, sadly it happens, but the rest was one of a kind. The most important person there, who knows her name by the way, she stumbles into him, ruins his shirt, is able to get him another though. It could have ended there but neither wanted that. Sadly though, the consequences for both will be different, Bella taking the worst part. Once again she needs to look for a job and go over a first day... Hopefully better than this one.

Yes, lets thank Edward Cullen for the nice lay in the bathroom and getting Bella fired. I am not saying that it was all Edward's fault because it takes two to tango.
