This is wonderful...I really enjoyed the dynamic you created between Carlisle and Edward, and how Edward is on the cusp between control and weakness. It's an interesting idea, to have him use his gift to solve a mystery. I look forward to seeing where this goes...

I just love what you did with this story. We had talked previously about Edward using mind reading skills to solve a mystery and you made it happen with this story. It was very inventive and original.
It was great that Edward got to see his "gift" and vampiric abilities in a more positive light, allowing him to be a force for good in the lives of two unsuspecting humans.
