I apologize for the delay in posting the last chapter. 98 percent of my town was without power since Sunday (8- 28) due to Hurricane Irene. We just got our power back last night and right now I'm trying to get caught up with things that I couldn't do without electricity such as laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I will post chapter 63 as soon as possible--hopefully in the next two days, but please understand that I absolutely must catch up with home issues. Thank you for understanding the situation I am in.
Riley needed a ten year hiatus from life. He was run amuck by his family having to come home and counsel them through true disorders. Part of it was his fault for being unable to say no. This is where his personality is very similar to Bella's. Both of them were unable to say no because they didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Now, the two have realized the importance of boundaries.

Riley has been dealt a pretty raw deal when it comes to Alice. He shouldn't have to hear Alice confess her sins about everything she did to Bella. Bella is his sister by blood, not just by venom. Jasper will definitely be cutting ties with Alice, he shouldn't have to deal with her at all.
Amanda's a pretty cool cat and I think Eddie's learned his lesson about telling his wife what to do.

I do like the idea of Carlisle having to attend high school himself for once--let him know the hell he put the others through for all those years, lol! So, what will happen now that there is no more Volturi enforcers? Maybe they can just keep adopting new vamps into their family and let the movement expand naturally? There can't be more than a quarter to a half million vamps in the world at most, right? the feeding wouldn't work for more than that, really. It would deplete the overall population too much. This chapter was sweet and quirky, just loved it.
