I am whole heartedly enjoying this story. You have enough different things going on to keep the interest flowing. I have one complaint, and that is Bella who is a doctor calling her breasts (tits). To me it has always been a degrading word for women's breasts. Especially for a doctor who talks to patients all the time, she is not going to tell some women that she has a problem with her tit. I may be weird, but I hate that word.

I would just like you to know that this is not necessarily a review of this chapter seeing as I am writing it before I've read it again but one for this entire story. I absolutely love this story and how wonderfully it is written. This is my second time reading it and I love it just as much! I just wanted you to know that you have a talent here for writing more than just a love story but something that with original characters and such would be able to hold its own again many novels currently sitting on shelves today. Seeing as this is my second read I have actually contemplated printing your story out to keep with me so I wouldn't have to lug my computer around but instead just a "book" or packet. It's easy to see why they would be afraid to change the status quo, and their reactions to their fears are what I love seeing here. I also love the dialogue and easy transitions from scene to scene. This chapter was great. The only issue I have when writing a court scene is to remember that physical movements are not recognized in the court of law, you must state your answers. I've been lucky and never lost a parent, but I closely modeled that chapter after my grandfather's funeral, the daze I was in, the snow on the ground, then tried to imagine how much more shell shocked I would be if I were burying my parents. This chapter had me sobbing! Family is not blood, it's who you make it. It's a big part of my life and you wrote it well. Of course, I'm late and the story is long over. But I have been hoping almost from the beginning that Edward would change his name to Cullen. I knew it wasn't probable, being he loved his father so much. He didn't even want to call Carl. Dad because of that... But goodness, it would be sweet! I was also SO happy Elizabeth didn't get away so easy.. Edward was just too easy on her. As I wrote in an earlier review, she is selfish. Although I am sure she has to love him in some way.. She doesn't love him as a mother should and doesn't deserve that title or respect! SIGHHHHHH
