That sounds extremely unrealistic to me...if you were trying to make your characters even remotely human, acceptance would have to be earned and not given freely after the way she treated her son. It would involve a lot of bitterness to overcome on Edward's side and definitely a lot of therapy. Especially since he's cited his commitment issues in the past as a product of his abandonment by his mother. Okay, she was not strong enough to take care of herself and Edward at the time, but she could explained it so Edward did not grow up thinking he was unloved by his own mother. I would delve deeper into the human psyche to create interactions between your characters thatc ould be transferred to real life situations, something relatable so that your audience gets drawn into the story. When you decide t edit this fic, maybe think about revamping this scene or taking this part of the plot completely out of the story. Do not skim over it and give it a happy easy ending because you don't feel like writing it. If you don't feeling like delving into the issue, do not include it at all.

the outcome was a little unbelieveable. i would think that the hospital would at least have been liable for the two victims that were actual hostages. it would seem also that the police department would be sued for the actions of the SWAT team for going against protocol. i would have also liked to have seen that the jury was privy to what was caught on camera and also testimony from vitims that were hostages that bella helped. this is where details mean everything.

im a little frustrated with bellas bedside manner with edward. first of all this is the second time she didnt seem to care enough to ask how his day was. he's in a hospital, isn't that common curtesy? also you describe edward as eating hospital slop but for crying out loud he's a mutimillionaire. why doesn't he have a right hand man like Jake for instance, who could bring him anything he wanted. I'm loving your story and having fun reading it, but when you portray someone as being super compasionate, like bella, they need to be consistent in all their interactions. or if you say someone is a multimillionaire, they have to have some feelings being entitled to nicer things. Just saying.

As the mention of Tourette's in ALL types of media is RARELY depicted accurately, I'd like to thank you for your more appropriate definition of it when describing Bella's orgasm as causing "A fit of curse words that would make someone suffering a very bad case of Tourette's sound dignified erupted from my body".
I have Tourette's as does my son, & NEITHER of us have the rare symptom you described that's called Coprolalia (the "spontaneous utterance of inappropriate &/or use of curse words). While 1 in 100 people have Tourette's Syndrome (TS), only about 3% have it, which, as you could imagine, makes theirs "a very bad case".
It's a TERRIBLE stigma that is assumed by most to be the "definition" of what TS is, which causes the majority of us w/TS, especially kids, 2 be humiliated, made fun of, shunned & bullied unnecessarily!
