I'm loving this story, with it's strong references to Bones and Criminal Minds (I looove those shows too). Jane's attitude really angered me due to her lack of professionalism and work ethics, and the fact that she also lacked moral structure and went after another woman's boyfriend under the friendship guise was just appalling. Maybe you can get rid of her (painfully, if possible) when she has served her purpose in the story? Please? lol
Bella being the team leader is wonderful, I love when she is strong and determined.

I'm really excited to see how this is going to progress. I love that Bella is in charge. A nice change from most stories. I hope you will give us tons of forensic detail to wade through and let us try to solve the crime along with them. Before Twilight my favorite genre to read was mystery and police procedurals so now to have them combined (somewhat) is like a dream.

I just hope I cna do it justice. That's part of the reason it might take so long...just trudging through and figuring out the when and how of laying out all the evidence for the story is a major job in and of itself. :) Glad youa re liking it!

Sweet Jesus, this guy is so fucking sick, sick, sick. And I wanna read more, more, more of this. Very intriguing indeed.
So interesting to read what his motivations are and how is he doing this. It should be one hell of a case to solve for the team.
Also, there seems to be some chemistry between the canon couples already, although I don't know if some of them are already together.
You got me hooked already with this one :)

This one is going to take a long time though. I've been working on this for over a month now and I only have two chapters. It's taking a lot of planning to try to figure out how to twine everything together and how to slowly release the info. It takes a lot more out of me to write too. The other one's just for fun, but this one is serious. I'm also trying to write it in a way that I might be able to convert it for publishing down the line...possibly...we'll see. :)

Very intriguing. From your notes, Royce King had been convicted of similar crimes & I'm guessing he raped or tried to make Rose one of his victims or maybe she was the first but got away hence the rose carving.
If he's in jail, maybe he has an unknown twin or lookalike cousin? I believe the Hillside Strangler crimes were committed by twin brothers. I may have the name wrong but I know I saw it on some crime show.
