OK, truly, I am just annoyed at trying to get to the point here. Clearly they are going to end up together and now it's just getting frustrating to see them go back and forth and back and forth each chapter. Just get them together already. I don't see how this much of a delay can possibly benifit the story in any way. The first 3/4 of this story so far has been amazing. The time they spent together in the beginning. Now it just feels like you don't know what you are going to do with them once they come together so you are prolonging it. I'm sorry you're not enjoying it anymore... believe me, I have a solid plot, do not think I am writing on the fly. This story will go the way I want it to, and what has happened up until this point is deliberate and essential to my plot. I don't want you to be annoyed, but I do want you to feel frustrated, so at least know I have been successful in writing that. It is inevitable in this story that things won't go smoothly at first, there will be more angst, there will be citrus and lemons and all the other things, but I'm not sacrificing my plot to jump into that. It's a journey that will get them to where they need to be and if you decide this fic is not for you, then I completely understand if you flounce. Like you said, there are so many wonderful fic's out there. and my little story is what I need to write...and of course it won't please everyone. I haven't gone off task. If you trust me enough to let me tell the story, then that is fantastic, if not, well, no hard feelings and thank you so much for reading this far...

Bella suffers from very low Self-esteem (no thanks to Riley Biers)... she's blocking Edward because she just doesn't think it can go anywhere... she is comparing herself to Rosalie, she thinks Edward, is out of her league. She's obviously not in the right headspace to accept that Edward could really want her and she reverts back to old ways when she feels weak, she runs...she ran from Riley, she will run until he gets through to her. I believe in HEA's, but there is some more angst to come... I hope you stick with it and experience the journey, no matter hard it is, from both their perspectives... I'm glad these characters illicit such emotional response in you. That is my intension...

You know the fact that she refuses to even listen to Edward makes me wonder why Edward is even trying. Like Emmett said he only knew her for three weeks and she took off without even hearing him out.
He comes back just to get her to listen and she still refuses.
