Thanks for not moving too fast so we wouldn't know how they enjoyed their night alone. It was quite the night, filled with surprises. Edward imagined Bella would be clueless, he should know better by now. She prepared things on her part to make it a night to remember and something that would belong only to them.
As for Carmen, she was set and determined to make herself present in Edward's life one way or another. She was thorough to say the least. Bella isn't happy, true, but there's not much, not to say anything they can do about it. Carmen had a crazy idea which isn't true, what could be better than proving her wrong? Even now. If she is looking from somewhere she won't be happy to see Bella is Edward's life and will always be. I think Bella using Carmen's money is enough to prove who Edward loves.

In reality, Bella would have transfered to the hospital with the NICU. The babies always come first. That baby is too small to be out of the NICU even if it is strong. Besides that the chapter is great. Emmett and Rosalie owe Edward big. Emmett should not have punched him. Edward's being there would not have changed the outcome. Bella just had a weak walled uterus.

No one needed to tell Edward why the police took Emmett, and Edward didn't need to ask because I think they all assumed the reason or have found out by now. He was upset that he had to be Bella's back-up coach and Edward said nothing in his defense. Then the reason for the lie became the truth, sadly in a terrible way. Emmett must have not only been angry with Edward but very, very scared for Bella and the baby. I assume Rosalie got there in time to see security holding Emmett and she probably didn't say a thing, or it was the hospital personal, I guess we will find out next chapter. Did he spend the night in jail? Has he found out about the car?
As for the baby, it's great that he is here, small but healthy.
As for the purse Edward was about to buy.... did Bella really want it? I hope she did, she doesn't usually want fancy expensive stuff. It has to be a lovely purse.

I love the story and the chapter, I only have one gripe with this chapter and it was right after the wedding.
I like how they talked about the dom and sub thing, it was the best outcome for them and I loved how you handled it.
The gripe I have is how Bella acted when they went to the room and she went way overboard with what Edward said, really did she need to be a bitch about it. I understand hormones and all that but really, when ever these two fight it is always Edwards fault! It was the same when she walked out, he was expected to go after her... SHE WALKED OUT AND LEFT not the other way around.
Now she goes nuts over something he said, how about asking question the question, why are you frighted to have sex with me. She had the information he needed and it could have been settled in seconds but no lets take it to the empt degree once again. Sorry I feel Bella is a drama queen here. Hello he just found out she was carrying his baby and most men think they will hurt the baby...
