well in the end im glad that edward isnt just sitting on his ass and doing nothing and hopefuly they will figure out whos behind all of this! keep the chapters comming 

I want to point out that Bella's screwups far out weigh Edward's.

She stayed with an abusive husband till she nearly lost Vanessa. Then proceeded to fuck things up by leading Jake on because she didn't want to man up and work on her own. And like a wrecking ball she didn't have the decency to close things off with Jake untill he nearly proposed.

And now? She leaves Edward without much thought giving him the impression she can't make it on her own. And has proceeded in his belief by telling Alice so.

I get it. She is going through a hard time and needs to get things  in order. But she should have been Vanessa's mom first before acting the way she was. And then  to give Edward the impression like it's all his fault? Was a low blow.

Like I was saying, Edward hasn't really screwed up towards any one person like Bella has.

He was in a loveless relationship for a long time. That was just as much Tanya's fault as it was his. If she has always felt the way she does now. Then she is just as much to blame for that whole situation as him.

As for the other stuff Edward supposivly did. He had cancer and a bad childhood. That pretty much trumps anything he has actually done.

Now, as for this chapter. Glad Edward is doing things besides wallowing in self-doubt and guilt. If only he could get a P.I on who rat Bella out, Although, judging from this chapter it's not hard to figure out.

That was really hard.  No Bella hating; sadly, she did what she had to do.  I almost don't want to read EPOV.  I might have to let this rest for a while before I read it.

oh my god! How sweet is Edward! I really really really hope Charlie watched bella as she opened everything and realises it is from Edward. Although i do understand why she did what she did because of everything, maybe he can talk a bit of sense into her whether it is about seeing Edward or her views on things like not having to face everything on her own and 'cough' marrage 'cough'. :)Eagerly awaiting the next chapter.  oh p.s. I love the way ness talks and the way she says 'Ewoord'. SO cute!

Wow! I knew whoever was at the door had something to do with Jake. Actually, I thought it would be Jake. I can't believe Jake's dead. This will really suck for everybody.

Wow. You made me shed a tear at the end of this chapter. It was so sad yet touching at the same time. It's heartbreaking to know that Bella had to break up with Edward but it was all for a good cause. Hope things get better for them soon. And as for Edward, what he did towards the end was just so damn sweet!!!

Well.... I wanted to throw eggs at her in the beginning, but that was just the illogicalness in me.... As a mother... logically she did what she had to... and I´m hoping that this sickness is not just grief related... what makes me feel optomistic is Edward´s little care package at the end... if he´s not giving up, neither am I...I found this chapter alot more emotional than the last... where I did feel sorry about what happened to Jacob... the pain of their separation and the hurt in Lil Bell´s heart touched me way more... but I´ve trusted you this long... I refuse to change that now... sorry about the Award, but this was and amazing chapter and you are one hell of a writer...   I´ll be doing shots of Stoli until next Monday!!!

I doubt that you'll get any hating, bit def none from me, i think that everything has just smugded together at the wrong time, and their lives havn't been easy and it's continued to be hard, but maybe this break will be good for them.

I dont hate her. She has a daughter to think of FIRST. But again this is BULLSHIT.

THey split doctor/patient.. attorney/client to keep this from happening. SOO>>> DEAL WITH IT MS>>WRITER.

Although I don't hate Bella, I do hate that she pushed Edward away after all they have been thru, but I get it in a weird way...she has to take care of this unfinished business with Jake and her baby before she can go forward with Edward.

PS - I loved that he is still fighting for her by using her own prescription against her...I just hope the separation isn't drawn out too long, cause I love this couple.

First of all... I think I have never reviewed before but I absolutely adore the story and am thrilled about every update! Thanks for updating so frequently.

Especially in chapters like these it becomes obvious how much effort you put into creating your characters and let them come to life.

I am amazed by Edwards behaviour in this chapter and how he comforts Nessie and just steps in and takes charge. Without realizing it, he just does the right thing and pushes his own sh*** aside. I hope Bella will come to terms with her guilt and that Edward is patient enough to stick it out.

I just can´t wait to find out what happened... I was really proud of Edward he was really good with lil Bell.. she is so freaking funny.... I understand that Bella is hurting and I´m glad that Edward didn´t take to heart what she said, and knows that she´s just lashing out, and he just happen to be there... we all know how she is, of course she´s gonna blame herself, but she can´t control everything... great chapter.. haha... we meet Charlie at the cliffie...lol..

OMG I read this chapter at work and was trying so hard to keep my laughter quite... it was great

Can't tell you how much I enjoyed this chapter.  When I got to the "agin' grocer" I literally had to stop reading so I could laugh my ass off.  Twice.  That was absolutely hilarious!  Love seeing Edward caught up in the chaos of a child's brain.  Am loving Little Bell, too - you've done a terrific job of nailing her and her mindset.  She's just adorable (and I'm not usually one for little kids littering up my lemons). 

Am now wondering if the car from Washington has something to do with where Jake's been all this time.  (Just sayin' - you've got my brain working overtime trying to figure out where we're going.) 

Please give us a heads-up if you decide we need to go on the lam with them - I'll need to pack a couple of things first.  Ladies - remember to bring lots of clean underwear for upcoming visits to Lemonland. (Marie never disappoints when it comes to making fresh, juicy lemonade.) 

haha!!! a day with Lil Bell... I just love her... the kid believes in speaking her mind.... she is too cute... I´m glad Edward didn´t get so overwhelmed that he considers leaving them... OMG, you have us so much in suspense. It was bad enough that Edward lost his job and that Tania is a bitch, but now James is trying to get joint custody. Guess that means that James is having someone spy on Bella's house to see that Edward is staying there. Poor Edward and Bella. I think this is going to blow up in their face.

What a chapter! I loved that once they let go, theiy snapped together like really charged magnets. (I know, tried to find a way to word that so that it didn't have a double meaning, and either it's really early, or it's impossible.)

But there's a whole lot of loose ends because of thier breakups. I was wary of tanya before, but knowing that she showed up at the office to put the urse in her place instead of confronting Edward speaks volumes about her! Not to mention all of the sabotaging she did with the event... Something tells me wh haven't seen the last of her, yet.

And there's got to be some sort of fall out with Jake, too. It's almmost sweet the way he thinks Bella's distance is because of James. But, somewhere along the line he's going to see that her change started right around the time she sought legal council.

Again, want to praise you on your thoroughness. All of the questions, comments, passing thoughts are always waiting for me in the next chapters. Really, great job!

Oh my. that was so hard to read. I really feel for jake, but he's just not the one for her.

And poor Edward having to hear that Jake was thinking about marrying Bella. How much did Jake really tell him? Ugh.

Ok so i really hope you are heading down the surprise pregnancy route because i always love that turn of events. I mean we have now established bella isn't on birth control, we know they have had unprotected sex and well i know for a fact that men don't always stay infertile after cancer treatments overtime they can become fertile again.

Great chapter!  Rose sure is full of herself.  Emmet needs to tell her the real story with Edward, but it would awesome to see Esme go off on Rose.
