Bella's Edward is definitely a perfect Edward. That family went through so much and I'm glad that Edward and Bella were willing to make the effort after Carlisle was gone.

Congrats to Esme too. I'm glad she found someone to love her and that she was able to move on from Carlisle without continuing to live in fear.

A huge thanks to Renee and Phil for raising Bella the way they did and instilling in her that courage and knowledge of how love should be. :)

This is such a hard story. Such evil in the darkness of men. I hate to see Charlie as this weak, cowrdly man who could do such a horrid thing to his daughter. I love the Cullen men, Carlisle has always been a favorite for his honor- this one is dark and beyond evil. I cant turn away though because I want to see how the girls evolve and if Edward gets his head out of ass. Great plot, even though I will admit a big part of me was really disgusted at the beginning; to see what comes around go around for these dirty men, will be something I will look forward to.

not good this is going to be a long long ride!

First of all, I was a bit sceptic at the beginning as to where you were leading your characters. I didn't like your Edward and I couldn't have seen it possible to like him, but somehow, he became more and more likeable by each chapter, and now he's one of my favourite Edwards from this fandom.

Second of all, I've just realized how strong your Bella is. Even though I considered her too coward to stand for herself or run away, I can see now that what she did was actually fighting hard to change her life, not to accept it. She changed Edward, she changed the Cullens, yet she remained the same and eventually won the battle and obtained the love and care she wanted.

As for the other characters, I love Rose and Alice as well as their husbands. They weren't very  OOC, which suited me just fine. I felt pitty and sympathy for Esme and you've changed my whole impression on Carlisle's character. Ever since I've started reading twific, I couldn't watch the twilight movies like before. Now, I sure won't look at Carlisle the same again:))

If there is one thing I've learned from reading it, must be the fact that people can  change in better no matter what their past was. And as a woman, never let a man submiss you. We're all equals. And it's not all about fighting in life; believing it's as important, if not crucial. Now, those are more things, but they're good lessons:p 

Phew, it wasn't as bad as I imagined, though this chapter was pretty scarry. Hope Edward is going to carry it off well and Bella will stay safe until then.

The ending scares me. I know Demetri and the other bad guys have to appear, but I can't imagine what bad they can do to Bella. I hope Edward will be there for her to save her from the bad monsters

The most emotional chapter so far. Emotional as in a good way.

I realize that this new beginning of their relationship is the same for both. While Edward has to stop thinking Bella is just a possesion, she has to learn not to feel and act like one.

Best chapter so far, at least in my opinion. I guess this is the Edward you told me I'd discover later.

It's an enormous turning point in their relationship, a big change that Edward accepted every single accusation without being mad at Bella, that she had the courage to tell him all that she felt about him. 

"That seemed to snap him out of whatever trance he was in. He stood in front of me and took the belt from my hand. He stared at it a moment before making a fist around it. He turned and threw the belt against the far wall with a growl. Then he turned back to me, his sad eyes back. Then he scratched his head, closed his eyes, and swiveled around, away from me. He let a cry of outrage or whatever he was feeling out. He was breathing heavily. He turned back to me searching my eyes." - this is the passage that impressed me the most. It show so much of Edward'd feelings. His rage, his defeat, his shame, his fight with Carlisle's Edward and his victory. By throwing the belt, he had chosen his love for Bella. Earlier he would have considered this gesture as a sign of unauthority, but now is just a prove that he gives up his dominance, he realizes they're equal. 

I love how your Edwrard changes gradually.

There is a great difference between the Edward from the beginning and this Edward. The fact that he can call Esme "mom" and wants her attention, the fact that he wants to hear Bella say she loves him, not as a proof of him possesing her, but more as a proof that someone cares for him, says a lot.

I'd tell him "I'm proud of you,Edward":p

I'm as impatient with Edward now as he is with Bella. His mind was so altered by Carlisle that his ideas about women are too wrong. And like Alice, I' m not sure he's going to change very soon
