I love Charlie, too, but I just had to laugh out loud at that sentence,  about Jake's family having no secrets! If he only knew. Oh, that's right he will find out in the not too distant future! Brace yourself, Charlie!

I'm so glad you liked it.  Charlie is near and dear to my heart.  I love getting in his head and writing his story.  I'll add that to my list of one shots to write.  It might take me a while to get to it.  I'm working on a fully story about Charlie and Renee.

I must admit this was part of the books that was my least favorite. Charlie was trying to be a good dad, but I think he was totally wrong pushing Bella to Jacob but it was interesting seeing the inner workings of his mind. Thanks for sharing the inner Charlie!!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed the trip into Charlie's head for the sex talk.  I always enjoyed this scene and wondered what all was going through his mind.

I love Charlie yet there were so many things in Eclipse that he did that just pissed me off.  Espeically when he supported Jake for kissing Bella against her wishes.  I may have to get into his head for that scene too.

the sexy talk is so....how do i put it...it sucks...but i would have took the sex talk then they way my mom talks about it....lets just say my house is very "open"....and it is really creapy to hear about my mom and her bf....ewwww

OMG!  I would so hate to hear about the sex talk from an open parent.  My dad is exactly like Charlie and there was no openness at all.  It was more like ignorance is bliss.

Yeah, Charlie lives in a dream world full of Jake/Bella.  He must if he didn't get pissed at Jake for kissing Bella when she didn't want it.  I'm glad you like what I thought went through his head.

"Was playing chess a secret code for having sex?" As in was Edward having sex with his sister, after which his 'baby girl' had sex with her boyfriends sisters boyfriend, who is also her best friends boyfriend? That's some weird thinking Charlie.

Loved this, i always love a bit of Charlie, ( although thats understating it slightly,) great delve into his mind.

Yeah, poor Charlie is just so upset at the thought of Bella and Edward doing anything that he's paranoid about everything.  I'm glad you enjoyed my idea of what he was thinking.

Great story u got here. lol charlie seems determined to have bella and jacob together! I would love read about charlie's reaction to seeing renesmee, that would be funny. I would also love to read about charlie's reaction to edward and bella telling him they are getting married. lol that would be funny.

Yeah, Charlie really pissed me off a lo in Eclipse.  Even when Bella punched Jacob he supported Jake.  I really thought he should've stepped up and been upset at Jake for pushing himself on Bella.  I'm glad you liked his view during the sex talk.
