I started reading Caledonia on fanfic.net but I just had to move over here to get all the juicybits! This story is by far my favorite right now. I literally SCREAMED this morning when I saw the story was updated. This is just so good and now that Edward told Bella about Jasper, that stress is kind of gone. But now you added anxiety over him teling her he's Anthony Masen. You, my dear, are brilliant. I can't wait for the next update!!!

Let me start by saying... I am loving this so far! You have me chomping at the bit to find out just why Bella has been away so long. Just a head's up, don't know if anyone pointed it out already or not, but I went back to the 1st chapter to make sure first.  You're now calling Edward by his real name in chapter 3 amd not Anthony Masen, has it already been revealed that he's in fact Carlisle's son? I knew she was the cake lady based on what James had to say.  So glad Edward got over himself.

I rather thought Bella might be the cake lady LOL! And it has only reinforced the bond she and Edward have created...well, along with the hot as fuck sexin' *swoon!*

I think thing are working out. she does not know Jaspers last name if she knew he was her brother she would know his name.

I thought he was a bit slow in figuring out she is the cake girl.

Alice being the babysitter make sense especially if Grand hired her to watch Bella at the restaurant. Looks like Charlie wasn't terribly involved. I'm beginning to wonder if Jasper's Mom isn't his only baby mama and if there is in fact an older  Isabella somewhere. I wonder if Charlie insisted on naming his younger child the same so he wouldn't get confused or if Bella's mother just really love the name and insisted. I also think that with the near-death experience an appendectomy maybe Gran insisted that they'll go to Scotland because she couldn't look after her and Charlie wasn't . If I'm right about an older Isabella,  I'm guessing Bella and ir Liz found out about her

AS for what I think what was Bella doing in Scotland, I think she wanted her father to know and get with Jasper, as she felt she was going to be a block between them. Jas has to get a grip and grow a pair and come clean about his relationship with Bella, so it doesn't become a problem for Alice and Bells.

I'm watching Hells Kitchen with my son and the last episode I watched was about lobsters and how to prepare them

I'm happy to know that the lobster is killed before it goes into the hot water. I always had visions of the lobster screaming when it hit the water.

Wow! What a shocker finding out that Bella was 18! She is a conundrum indeed. Don't know want the problem with Jasper is but she is sure not having anything to do with him. I am thrilled that James and Jake are there to help her out. Now that Edward and Bella have had a little talk and sorted some things out, it will be interesting where things go. Chapter #9 I'm waiting for ye. 

Now so much makes sense to Edward. No wonder Bella has no experience, she's only 18 and has never run  a resturant. She has no idea what she's doing. But sher is a fast learner. And I have a feeling that if Edward showed up at 5 o'clock like Jake suggested he just might find out she is the cake lady. According to James, Bella is quite talented in the kitchen, mostly thanks to what he's taught her. I think that she was referring to when she said she wanted to be involved in the restraurant just not as a cook in the kitchen. Now that James has cleared the kitchen of Eric and Taylor, who I doubt have culinary training, and Jake got rid of Mike tthey have a good chance at making Renney Soul a success.

And the Calvary is here whatch out Edward now Bella has people on her side who love her besides Alice of course

NOW I'm completely in! I apologize for not fully trusting your genius writing skills. The build up seemed to me like a bit of , "okay, get on with it". But this chapter proved that the 7 prior ones were definitely essential.

This raises more questions.   How old is Alice?  If she & Bella are the same age, how did they not know B is 18?

If Alice is older, how did they become friends? Does Alice know Bella's age?

Who was Charlie's bratty teenager? Does he have another child floating around?

Love it. Hate Charlie. Did Bella even get Jasper's letter? What sent her to Scotland?

oh my.... angry sex indeed.  He is a bit of a wanker the next day.  Sigh.   Why do I get the feeling that someone told Bella stories about Jasper so she's got bad assumptions.  They all need to sit down and talk some stuff out.  And Eric needs to go.

I don't understand what Bella's problem with Jasper is. He's an excellent chef as they just witnessed. Eric really riles me, as does Mike. She is the owner of the restaurant. If they don't like her or how she runs it they should just quit.

Edward is the one being judgmental and unprofessional here. There is no reason he needs to force his best friend on his client. Even if she did know that Jasper was her brother, she doesn't have to like him anymore than Edward has to like someone to have them as a client.

While a field trip is fun and good, businesses don't train employees at this level.  They hire people with the basic skills in place from trade courses or work experience, and develop from there. Eric is fully delusional if he thinks great chefs are making fourteen dollars an hour. They could hire a fry cook for that who would do a better job.

You ladies are driving me crazy, but that is nothing new. I also think Bella is the cake lady and that Charlie told Bella all sorts of lies about Jasper. There's a lot more to that Scottish lass than meets the eye and I can't wait till you ladies start peeling away the layers.

I think that Charlie may have intercepted Jasper's letter to her and altered it, hoping her response would scare Jasper off.  Instead it backfired causing her to leave Charlie.

At any rate I'm sure that her reaction to Jasper is a result of what Charlie told her about him

I love this story.  Of course I love everything you two write!  Also, what is the deal with Bella and Jasper.  I am guessing Charlie did something to force their relationship to be so strained.  Clearly, he lied about something.  And why did Bella go off to Scotland? So many mysteries! 

She needs to get rid of mike and the so called chefs, keep on writing
