I see the logical extension of his behavior into this persona. You've fleshed out the, previously, secondary characters very well, and making Peter her real great-uncle was creative.

I absolutely love how you write the same event from different POVs. I thought that Bella knew Garrett was there and that was why she'd thrown Michael over to him.
