This is the first chapter I feel think Edward realizes the seriousness of his mistakes. He was always too quick to put all the blame on Bella. It's a shame that it only took Bella falling apart at the seams for him to start to pull his head out of his ass. He is actually in a worst spot now with her than he was at the beginning. Bella trusted him and him alone when he whole world fell to ashes. To have the one person you thought you could rely on toss you aside like yeaterday's trash is harsh. Bella must feel like she has no solid place to stand right now. It's clear she needs help and most likely more help than Edward can give her alone. I wonder if anyone else in the family knows to what extent Edward has abandoned Bella. I know most people want them to make up and move forward, but I hope you atleast try to allow them to go at a slow pace. Rushing into things without any thought to how it would affect Bella's feelings is a large part of the problem here. Maybe Edward should have to woo his wife. Maybe being given Bella to keep her safe instead of having to earn her love and trust went to his head. He may not be able to take back everything he did, but he can give her some of the romance, love and trust she deserved from the beginning.

I agree with him. He did this by ignoring her when she needed him most. Sure she didn't listen to what he said but he has to realize she needed to be the one to end them. They took away her family and she was raised by the Don of New York. He was so quick to dsregard her needs and focus on his own. But I know being married and in love is new to him too but if he can't keep his home running smoothly how will he run the New York family. They have got to be thrre for each other and talk about their issues. I think after everything she's been through she needs to know he's there to share the burden and know that he too makes mistakes.

So excited for this story to continue! I'm sorry flowers? He acts like a total dick and he thinks he can fix it with flowers! Where does he get off complaining about the state of the house? He didn't care one bit about the state his wife was in the whole time he was sulking in NY. Now he justs wants her to pack up and come to NY with him. He bought a house without asking Bella's imput. I mean how are you going to move forward when he keeps making the same mistakes. Bella should be his partner not an obligation. If he's trying to start over, he's failing. He should have worked things out with her before trying to start over in NY. Why bring that shit with you there? It's going to be a bumpy ride. I'm glad Bella didn't just throw herself in his arms like he did no wrong here. Hope she really lays it out for him. A whole list of what he's done wrong since he seems to like to hold Bell'a mistakes over her head forever.

I truly enjoy your writing and this story for the most part. But I can honestly say that it would bother me to read about a spoil brat who has temper out burst everytime she is mad. Who stays in a nasty house cause the maid didn't show...really. Age should not be the reason you behave like you have sense. Bella is really getting my nerves.
