Yes, they are illegal here but we do have a fabulous fireworks display in Boston On the fourth!! Other smaller surrounding towns also have fireworks on or around the Fourth and its legal. Personal use is illegal! Where I live we have a fantastic display on the third weather permitting that is! We always Bang Snaps and sparklers! ;)

Exams can make anyone crazy, believe me. Even if her major is "one of the easier" ones on campus, exams are still exams, and Bella had three in one day. I remember having three in one day my first semester of college (Spanish, English, and Critical Thinking). It sucked, and I didn't know how to deal with the stress. Bella will learn, don't worry.
