It's not that women cannot run when they are pregnant, but just on the safer side, it is better not to run or do something like that. My mom lost her twin babies when she was walking a bit too fast and tripped on her belly. So, it is better to be safe than sorry. But you're right; girls are stronger than they appear and they most definitely can do anything even when ther are pregnant. :)
