I know I'm nitpicking, but I just want this story to really shine. I love it!

This was great! I loved it! However, it is unnecessary to have the word "the" before the college names, i.e. "Edward goes to THE NYU". Plus, it may be better to have it in past tense, since they already have their degrees; "Edward graduated from NYU with a degree in Business Management..." "Jasper graduated from Texas A&M and recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Public History, and a Master's Degree in Historical Preservation..." "Emmett graduated from LSU with a degree in Computer Design". Just some tips :)
