Stalker could be Edward but in a completely non bad way. I think the caller is the serial killer and its Sam. Last theory, Sam is the stalker, caller and serial killer. Because he knows Bella doesn't love him, he's looking for women who resemble her and dominate them into submission since he certainly can't control Bella. Wouldn't be surprised is he set up Bella's initial attack so he could sweep in as he knight in shining armour. Sam is bad news.
