HI Matt, just wanted to congratulate you on a very fine piece of writing. It may be "rough" as you call it, but it is real. The abuse was handled compassionately, considering the topic, and not gratuitously. You're right, we did need to read Emmett's back story, to better understand why he was at the clinic, as well as why he has the scars he has. Just like Carlisle needed to see that not all of Emmett's scars were self-inflicted. Again, congratulations & please continue to write these lovely treasures of yours.

Thank you, I enjoyed the studio proposal, too. I thought it was cool that they pitched in and helped Emmett surprise Bella like that. I had a hard time deciding on a song for him to play in the background, too. Flyleaf is not true hard rock/heavy metal, so it was a little odd of a choice, but it in the end it was the lyrics to the song and the strong female lead singer that won me over. :)

Yeah, well, see the only way Marcus could escape the Volturi is because Chelsea was killed. Chelsea had the ability to influence the emotional bonds between people. She made Marcus feel loyal to the Volturi, thus keeping him under Aro's control. With Aro beheaded, Chelsea and Renata destroyed, Marcus and the others fled.

I wrote this in hopes that the average person would appreciate our military men and women better. Sorry you were in tears, but at the same, I'm glad the story evoked that emotion. It's meant to do it. So, for me, mission: accomplished.
Don't be scared for your brother. He's probably just as hesitant to receive his orders as you are. ;) And what happened in this O/S was purely ficticious. :) As was Emmett's award ceremony, since I have only seen Air Force ones in person. :)

I just have to say I think JJ's would be honored you included them in this story. I remember the melting pot up there. I am not sure how far it was from there. I know it was on the news here and it rips you apart when they said they had one missing. I was sick to my stomach when I saw some of the footage right before and as it happened. I guess jacob is out of the picture now for leah. I have a feeling twins.

I have known several courageous and selfless individuals who have served in the desert and am in awe of them. Paul's the wolf that growled at him, so my imagination took off! Yes, Paul imprints on Rose, lol. A bit unconventional, I know. Unexpected. Shocking. :D

I have to admit that I have yet to come across another Rosalie/Paul pairing. I'm a fan on non-canon as well as canon fic. I like reading nearly anything! :D It just has to be well-written. Would you believe this outtake, as well as the pairing, came at me from left field? I just ran with it and didn't look back!
Glad you liked it, though. And thank you for mentioning the dialogue woven in with the scene. I remember working hard on that. The end result is much better than how it was turned in to Project Team Beta, LOL. I remember wanting to just write Rosalie and Paul straight out of a porn scene. Glad I was convinced otherwise.

No, it wasn't a dream. We can all hate on Jessica but in the end she is her mother. If she is willing to try to be in Sprite's life than Sprite deserves it. Jasper knows that it doesn't matter how he feels about Jessica but how Alice-Rose feels and as long as she doesn't pose a threat of any kind than she should be allowed to see her mother.
