I started this story in 2015 for the wonderful Magsmacdonald.  Mags and I enjoyed teasing each other through our comments on WordPress.  She’d threaten to send flying monkeys after me or hit me with a frying pan; in turn, I often said I would take the high road.  This story is a result of her fascination with The Wizard of Oz.

(Interlude—Part 6 of the Gift Horse Series—Set in Sweden)  Eric and Sookie—along with Thalia, Karin, Pam, and Sookie’s children—travel to Sweden, seeking refuge from the lingering threat of Felipe de Castro. There, they will encounter new allies, including Olaf (Thalia’s vampire sibling who is mentioned in “Scrooged”) and Ricca (a beautiful witch who will capture the attention of one of Eric’s vampire children).

Sookie is a Psychologist and Eric is a wounded Marine and they meet while he’s being treated for his injuries.

Summary: An Eric and Sookie HEA, I promise, though it doesn’t seem like that in the first section. I’m not really using canon, at all, here -- at least as far as Sookie’s past is concerned.

For 200 hundred years, the country has been under the rule of a vampire King. Over the course of time, humans have become enslaved and are sold in auction houses to the highest bid. This story begins  at the start of Definitely Dead. Eric shows up at Sookie’s house just as she is leaving to go out on her date with Quinn.  I am trying to fix just one of many mistakes.

Sookie immediately becomes smarter.  LOL!  Meridian informed me that she seemed too smart, but why would I write a story if it was to stay with canon Sookie? So, beware! She’s a smarter Sookie. 

The beginning is from the book. Word for word so if you want to skip it keep going down until you see the line separating it from where I took over or you might need a fresher.

This is purely all Meridian’s fault.  I was so sick, and this is the only thing that kept playing in my head.  I just wanted to spend the day chilling so I can be better and finish ED.  I am just soo close!

What if Sookie had another meeting that no one knew about in Fairy?  One that when she returned home, she knew more than when she left, if she knew about herself, and about who really loves her?  Where would TB go from there?  Starts In Season 4, no idea how far we will take this.

After six weeks of watching the emotional roller coaster Eric and Sookie have been placed on due to their new bond and their feelings for one another, Pam decides it's time to bring them both together again. With Sookie on board with her plan, Fangtasia and especially Eric are in for a night not soon to be forgotten...naturally for more reasons than one.

Take one ill fit bride and add one clueless groom and watch experts arrange what they deem the ‘perfect’ marriage that proves to be inconvenient to everyone involved but the happy couple. Mix in a healthy dose of scepticism, resentment, and rivalry along with some disturbing ‘senior’ moments and you might come close to getting what this story is about.

This is me needing to write something fun and light while the angst continues elsewhere… E/S and any other disturbing coupling you can think off (nothing graphic I swear! I need to retain some sanity through it all…)

Bella goes to relax, and becomes involved in a southern girl’s life. This brings a breath of free air to the lives of those that love Bella, and set some souls free.

(AU) Vampires have been “out” since 1962 and are a “normal” facet of life.  Godric, always a visionary, founded the Vampire Historical Society (VHS)—as well as a newspaper called The Dallas Moon.  After his child demonstrates apathy towards humans, Godric punishes Eric by making him respond to the letters that are sent to The Moon.  What will happen when he receives a letter from an 8-year-old girl named Sookie Virginia Stackhouse, asking if there’s a Santa Claus?

All human story. Sookie’s marriage ends suddenly and she is left adrift. How will she go on with her life? When one door closes, another opens.

When the man who raised Eric to be the expert killer that he is, reveals he has six months left to live nothing seems to matter anymore. The revenge and unanswered questions that have haunted him for over 16 years catapult into acceleration as his last job in Russell’s employ throws all his plans off center.

E/S – AU/AH

The mood of this piece is different from my usual style of writing.  It starts off concentrating on Sookie and how things went for her after offing Bill but thereafter it progresses, time-wise, fairly quickly.  It should feel a bit…jumpy.  It’s hard to explain, but know that it should be – for the most part – different from my usual offerings (except that, as usual, an E/S HEA is guaranteed).

Sam Merlotte asks Sookie Stackhouse for another date in the Merlotte’s parking lot. Will she throw away the memories that she made with Eric Northman and move on with life as Eric has?

Sookie Stackhouse is weary of crying herself to sleep every night over the loss of Eric Northman. Grudgingly, she revealed their time together during his curse. After the Mickey fiasco, a wall of silence rose from Eric. The pain of his avoidance forces Sookie to move on. But try as she might, his presence is still alive and well within her heart. In an attempt to get Eric off her mind, Sookie consents to go on a date with John Quinn.  

Eric has heard every last detail from Pam and other trusted Supes from his Area, all about who he was when the witch’s curse was in place. Eric was meticulous in his investigation, how he acted while with Sookie and how his Telepath responded. Eric knows that Sookie is in love with him, or at least the watered down version of himself, and he admits to feeling the same for her. Eric intends to propose a blood bond for the first time in his long existence. Will Sookie accept?

Sookie stumbles across a story in the Appalachian mountains that tells her about Eric’s earlier days, pre-Revelation. A Hallowe’en tale for telling around a campfire with friends. (G rated)

Armed with a trusty set of questions Eric goes to confront Sookie and insist they talk out whatever seems to be between them. Could be considered canon (except I’m not much of a canon-fetishist so it won’t be accurate) and can be inserted anywhere from the moment Eric is aware of what happened during his period of amnesia. E/S – HEA – and all that other jazz…

(Part 3 of the UN-iverse—following Uninvited and Uncharted) Finally ready to unite personally by accepting the Fae bond and finishing the vampire bond, Sookie and Eric now concentrate upon uniting their friends to war against Russell and his allies.  Two powerful forces will collide in Rhodes, but could the Fellowship bring them both down?

The Far Reach is a sequel to Swimming to the Light but is designed to be read independently.

Eric Northman has been named King of Louisiana and Arkansas. But the new kingdom is in disarray. Sookie is now free to be by Eric’s side and they have committed to a life together. But what does that really mean? The Far Reach explores the geography of the heart and where two people find ‘home.’

What if Eric had been a little more proactive in solving his work problems following the takeover? And what is a certain telepath was a little easier to talk with? An AU of what might have been.

After the Maenad attacked Sookie, Eric offers his blood to heal her once the poison is removed. Bill fights a losing battle to keep Eric away from her. Fairy Sookie makes her presence known. With Bill's blood no longer in her system, Sookie desires Eric's blood, protection, and love. However, will Eric protect Sookie from Bill and his Queen and the other dangers of the supernatural world?

A collection of one-shots. Some human, some supernatural... basically a lemon cart, almost always NSFW. Billed as a crossover because stories may contain elements from both the books and show. Always Eric/Sookie, but may have other characters if the mood strikes. Multi-chapter stories may stem from things in here, who knows? Rated NC-17 for language and content.
