I'm still here.... I would never say anything bad to an author... it's their story, and if I don't like where a story is going, I simply stop reading it... That hasn't happened very often, mind you. I normally stick it out and am rewarded for doing so, because that's why we read fanfiction... to read a story! If people want stories to go or be told a certain way, then they should write them themselves... hey! :-) Keep up the good work, I'll keep reading. Personally, I like this Edward too and yes, he's redeemed himself a hundred times over.

I think he's a good mix between his two parents and I'm glad he's married to Maggie, I think they're good together and I think their two personalities will make for an interesting life together.... much like another couple we all know and love....

Anothr great chapter! Poor Damion... A man who has so many thoughts and emotions running around in his head and was never taught the tools of how to express them. He was always such a sensitive kid, so to be put in this situation without anyway to let out those feelings, he turned to the one thing that he knew (subconciously or not) that his family wouldn't look down at him for... Killing!
Every one of those he killed would have represented Lauren, even if he never let himself think that much. Only, because of his nature, each one he killed took a little more of himself away, making him feel even worse!
Hopefully, he can start to heal now that it's all out in the open.
Thanks again for this wonderful trilogy. I've loved each and every chapter, even the cringe-worthy ones! :-)

Poor Dame... his head is all over the place isn't it.... I'm still on the fence with Amelia... On one hand, I think she does love him and she can feel him slipping away and being young, she feels if she just holds on tight enough, she can keep him with her.... But then I also have a feeling that she's holding on too tight, like she's been told to do whatever she has to do to ensure they stay together...
I think as far as Damion goes, I think it's too late for him. He was emotionally crippled at such an important stage of his life. Scared for his brother, knowing on some level that something wasn't 'normal' with his family... then 'Lauren' happened at such a confusing time. It's a confusing age for any teen but with him being a little on the more sensitive side and maybe feeling a little abandoned and confused over his absent parents, Lauren was just too much for his psyche to handle....
I really love this story, it's so raw, so real.... I can't wait for each and every chapter you put out!!! Oh, and I loved the little 'love shout-out' CaraNo sent out for our beloved Skip!!! :-)
I'll be waiting eagerly till the next installment!

Wow! Go Butcherward!!! LOL... While in some ways. he's got that 'skip' feel going on... as in the ability to be utterly ruthless, he's also completely different! Great chapters, great story and I can't wait to read more....
As for the trolls... they can all jump... If they don't want to wait, too bad... I've said this to others but I'm gonna say it to you too... As much as updates to 'Riders' makes me smile from ear to ear, I also don't care about the wait inbetween... you know why??? I've loved this story from the first chapter... There is just something about the way you write Mobward that is just so damn alluring... :-) (As much as I love this Edward, I think Skip will always be my favourite)...
I feel for Bella. She's young yes... but she hasn't had anyone to guide her and tell her that how Jacob was treating her wasn't right. She had no-one to turn to with her fears, and that in turn has kept her mind and spirit from growing up as they should have. On top of all that she's experienced, she now has a body that's screwing her around even more with the hormones going wild...
I'm glad to see that Edward is trying to understand where she's coming from, why her thoughts and emotions are going off into sometimes, weird directions. With his help, she'll finally be able to grow and mature, all in safe arms... (Hopefully)
