LOL. My mom used to say, "Just wait until you have kids. You'll understand then." Boy, do I understand now. I have a better relationship with my mom now that I understand everything I've put them through, except when they do their grandparent's duty and give the kids candy instead of food. I had a cesarean birth on my 1st child because the baby was too big (8.11 lbs.) for my petite form of 5'1". I was not dilated enough, so I undergo an emergency cesarean after 12 hrs. on labor. My daughter now is as tall as me but she's only 9 yrs. old. My second daughter was breach, so I had a cc again. We would have love to have another child, a son, but we cannot have everything we wanted & dreamed of. Accepted that reality after 6 years of trying and huge medical bills like IVF. :(
