Yeah, had she survived, her human life would have sucked.
Rosalie romanticized humanity WAY too much. She's being stupid when she talks about growing old with Emmett and watching their grandchildren. She never would have met Emmett if she hadn't been turned into a vampire.

Well, in this little universe, Emmet can't come and save her because he died when the bear attacked him. Vampire-Rosalie wasn't there to save him.
